Introduction

DYG series large volume liquid filling machine is the main equipment of filling of antibiotic vial, the working principle is with the application of peristaltic pumps to control the filling solution as per required filling volume into antibiotics vial.

This machine is a large volume automatic filling machine, which can be used for filling of the liquid, diluted or vicious liquid. The main design is in the pneumatic linear motion method, utilizing PLC logic controllers, various detection sensors and cylinder retractable time difference, the vials stops at the filling position, until filling is completed and the filled vials are released and then empty vials are delivered to the filling position, and so forth action, so that automatic filling is achieved.

In order to reduce contamination, the sanitary design includes that MOC is made ​​of stainless steel 316L, silicone rubber and other non-toxic materials. And it is designed for easy disassembling and assembling.

The machine has been designed with a flexible replacement. The operation is simple and easy to learn. Even in a short time, by exchanging the change parts, different vials could be filled, multi-functions in one machine is achieved with cost-efficiency. Usually it can be used individually or integrated to related machineries, to form a production line with consistent operation. The application differs from general chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, cleaning supplies to various other automatic filling jobs.

Structure

It consists of a single track bottle conveyor, cylinder positioning, and eight-needle filling. The main structure contains a bottle feeding mechanism, the peristaltic pump filling mechanism, cylinder positioning mechanism, driven mechanism and control systems and other components.

l   Bottle feeding and exiting mechanism: this mechanism is composed of conveyor and transmission power for delivery the filling bottles.

l   Peristaltic pumps filling mechanism: there are eight peristaltic filling pumps for accurate filling. Micro computer is used for controlling the filling amount of peristaltic pump. Meanwile, there is one set of liquid suction mechanism to suction back the liquid in the needle, during the filling, the needle will rise upon the increasing of the level in the vial, when the filling volume is achieved, the liquid in the needle is suction back to the hose tube. And the suction volume could be controlled through motor step control. There is no leakage in the process of filling

l   Cylinder positioning mechanism: PLC logic controllers and various detection sensors will control cylinder retractable time difference, the vials stops at the filling position, until filling is completed and the filled vials are released and then empty vials are delivered to the filling position, and so forth action, so that automatic filling is achieved.

l   Transmission mechanism: box by the motor, gear,reducer, cam and chain drive mechanism, deputy station to obtain the power of driven operation

l   Control system: inverter is used for frequency control. And the filling volume is controlled through microcomputer controlled step motor, so that the filling volume could be changed without machine stop.
